Swarthout Joins Staff of Northern Plains Eye Foundation

Rachel Swarthout recently joined the staff of Northern Plains Eye Foundation as a part-time Administrative Assistant, taking on receptionist functions, clerical duties, and general office coordination for the Rapid City-based non-profit foundation, whose mission is to protect and preserve and restore sight. Swarthout and her family moved to Rapid City this past summer after spending eight years in Williston, ND, where she balanced three part-time positions with an attorney, oilfield business, and a church.
